Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and attend to customer requests and queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide support and guidance to customers needing assistance with our products or services, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer records according to company guidelines and quality service standards
  • Ensure accurate and prompt responses to inquiries, ensuring satisfaction for the customers
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver superior customer care
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and accurately, striving towards a positive resolution for all customers
  • Identify customer needs, concerns and feedback, reporting to the manager through well defined channels

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or equivalent or above
  • Possessing 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Word and PPT
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • A meticulous and organized approach to tasks is vital for efficient productivity
  • Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines, handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
