Job Responsibilities

• Process and prepare shipping documents for domestic and international shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick and pack items for shipment
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating any discrepancies
• Arrange for transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any shipping-related issues
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of shipped items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
• Diploma or equivalent education
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
