Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Full-spectrum HR administrative function ie recruitment, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance & reward management, implementation of policies, staff discipline & conflict resolution and other HR-related function

  1. Process payroll using the Company’s HR Information System, InfoTech and prepare monthly payroll reports & reconciliations as well as annual preparation & submission of IR8As
  2. Process the submission of IR21, Work Injury, Maternity leave, CPF, Government and insurance claims
  3. Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor work pass quota, familiar with WPOL, EPOL and MOM portal
  4. Manage the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process for all hires and leavers including all administrative work ie employment contract, work permit management, medical claims, insurance matters, etc
  5. Manage and maintain all personnel records in InfoTech as well as electronic p-files
  6. Manage performance review exercise and conduct salary review with Company’s Managing Director of Operations
  7. Track and enroll employees in mandatory courses in F&B industry as well as the latest PWM courses
  8. Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys
  9. Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of office operations
