Job Description
Responsibilities:-
Full-spectrum HR administrative function ie recruitment, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance & reward management, implementation of policies, staff discipline & conflict resolution and other HR-related function
- Process payroll using the Company’s HR Information System, InfoTech and prepare monthly payroll reports & reconciliations as well as annual preparation & submission of IR8As
- Process the submission of IR21, Work Injury, Maternity leave, CPF, Government and insurance claims
- Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor work pass quota, familiar with WPOL, EPOL and MOM portal
- Manage the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process for all hires and leavers including all administrative work ie employment contract, work permit management, medical claims, insurance matters, etc
- Manage and maintain all personnel records in InfoTech as well as electronic p-files
- Manage performance review exercise and conduct salary review with Company’s Managing Director of Operations
- Track and enroll employees in mandatory courses in F&B industry as well as the latest PWM courses
- Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys
- Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of office operations
