Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound calls and assist them with their audio-related inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Process sales orders and manage customer accounts efficiently
- Offer product consultations and recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and eagerness to assist customers effectively
- Familiarity with audio products is an advantage but not mandatory
