Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound calls and assist them with their audio-related inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
• Process sales orders and manage customer accounts efficiently
• Offer product consultations and recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service quality
• Stay updated on product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• A positive attitude and eagerness to assist customers effectively
• Familiarity with audio products is an advantage but not mandatory
