Nurse (Confinement & Childcare Nurse)

Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Morning Shift 7.00am to 7.00pm
Night Shift 7.00pm to 7.00pm

Basic + OT (1.5)
Minimum OT per month 60 hours.

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff Nurse & Assistant, providing care and support to infants aged 0-36 months and postpartum mothers in our childcare and confinement center.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
Assist with postpartum care for mothers, offering support with breastfeeding, emotional well-being, and recovery from childbirth.
Monitor and assess the health and development of infants, promptly addressing any concerns and reporting to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Foster a warm and supportive atmosphere, promoting a sense of trust and comfort for both infants and mothers.
Collaborate with the team to plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and exercises to stimulate infant development and learning.

Qualifications:
Certificate, diploma or degree in Nursing (Will be added advantage)
Experience in providing care for infants and postpartum mothers, preferably in a childcare or confinement setting.
Knowledge of infant care practices, postpartum recovery, and early childhood development.
Attention to detail, especially in monitoring the health and well-being of infants.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
Familiarity with infection control protocols and hygiene practices in a childcare setting.
