Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone call, email, Whatsapp, Respond-io, Complai etc.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about services and promotion.
• Assist customer with placing order through DobiQueen apps or website, payment, refunds and resolving any related issues related to their purchase.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, working to find satisfactory resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues has been resolved.
