Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Assist in maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for team members
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, promptly and professionally
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and project coordination
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist with budget management and track expenses
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
