Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success, proactively addressing any issues that arise
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Oversee quality control, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards
- Conduct regular project meetings to keep all parties informed and aligned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail
