Project Manager

Pre- contract / Tendering Phase

- Provide support to tender team on tender phase, including but not limited to attending tender briefing / site visit and tender interview, preparation of project programme, project risk analysis, project understanding and strategy to win as necessary.

Project Delivery

- Participate in project kick off meeting upon contract award, and organise briefing to each team leaders to brief on project scope

- Perform risk management to minimise project risks

- Monitor and control outcomes to reveal issues, dependencies and critical path deliverables

- Coordinate with with all internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects

- certify subcon/ vendor payment claim ( certify payments requisition in Hellosign)

-Ensure timely project delivery at high quality standard and to client’s expectation
