Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain employee data, records, and reports for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
