SME Sales Executive/ Senior Executive

Objectives of this role

• Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new market in financial services (Industrial Hire Purchase / Leasing / SME Loan)
• Visit potential customers or merchants to identify their needs and introduce an appropriate financial solution.
• Maintain existing customers / merchants relationship.
• To Achieve individual monthly KPI and targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with credit processing team to ensure completeness of documents required and make processing smoothly.
• Gather market information and feedback to the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Preferably candidate with financial related background.
• At least 2 year(s) related experience.
• Possess own transport.
• Working experience within hire purchase/leasing industry or other related financial products will be added advantage.
• Have experience especially in Medical/ CNC equipment will be added advantage.
• Mandarin speaker will be added advantage as the role requires dealing with some Mandarin speaking persons.
• Required Skill(s): MS (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Must have own transportation.
