About Pitstop

Pitstop is a fast-growing SaaS company serving automotive services SMEs across Malaysia. Our software platform helps car wash, auto detailing and automotive workshop businesses manage their operations, engage customers and grow revenue.

Our team brings Private Equity portfolio experience in building a data & software business to multi billion Ringgit IPO, software engineering experiences building and commercialising consumer products from scratch and multi-years experience in software sales across multiple market segments.

In less than two (2) years, we have grown profitably to serve hundreds of paying customers with a small and dynamic team. Fresh off a fundraise from an industry strategic, we are now looking to scale aggressively and are looking for hungry and driven individuals to join our team to shape the next chapter of our growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is hungry to succeed and excited to learn. No sales experience required - what matters is your drive, curiosity and ability to connect with people.

Your role will be to identity opportunities, engage with automotive service businesses, and help them understand how Pitstop can transform their business. You will receive direct mentorship from the founders team, training and the automotive to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting: Identifying and research potential customers and market segments that can benefit from our SaaS solutions.

2. Lead Generation: Use various methods, including cold calling, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate qualified leads.

3. Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential customers, and effectively communicate how our SaaS solutions can address their challenges and improve their business operations.

4. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products and services, staying updated on new features and industry trends.

5. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations to potential customers, demonstrating the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.

6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and tracking progress using CRM software.

7. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promotion upsell opportunities.

8. Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.

Qualifications
