Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting digital solutions and technology-driven services. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, delivering solution-based sales, and positioning the company as a technology partner in digital transformation and workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Core Focus)
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across industries
- Promote digital solutions, SaaS platforms, and technology services
- Build strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
2. Solution-Based Selling
- Understand client business challenges and propose suitable tech solutions
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution pitching
- Work closely with technical / product teams to customize solutions
3. Sales Execution & Closing
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding with project / tech teams
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital and system solutions
5. Market Awareness
- Stay updated on technology trends, SaaS, and digital transformation
- Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities
6. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts
