Job Description

Company’s strategy, budget & operations planning and execution as per guideline.
Coordinate all staff’s performance settings and evaluation on time to ensure alignment with company’s strategy and direction.
Plan and arrange company management meetings, consolidate and improve meeting reports and draft minutes, follow up the action plan execution.
Company & respective departments’ key task assignment, follow up the execution, show the gap timely and trace to close the gap to ensure alignment with the company’s directions.
Provide management analysis report as per management directions.
Manage the filing and documentation of relevant reports and results.
Coordinate with internal controller to draft, review and improve all department SOPs & authorization processes to enhance the operation efficiency.
Manage and R&D study for foreign worker market in Malaysia
Manage induction training for foreign workers after arrival
