Job Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and files, both physically and digitally
  • Ensure seamless communication with colleagues and clients, utilizing effective verbal and written skills
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Respond to and resolve queries from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to support the team’s goals and objectives.
