1.Manage daily office operations including reception and document processing
2.Procure, distribute and manage office supplies inventory
3.Coordinate meeting rooms, prepare materials and take minutes
4.Arrange business trips and process travel expenses
5.Maintain and inventory company fixed assets
Qualifications
1.College degree or above, Administration/Secretarial major preferred
2.1+ years administrative experience
3.Proficient in MS Office
Basic accounting knowledge
4.Detail-oriented with strong service mindset
Good communication and coordination skills
