Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and maintaining electronic and physical records.
  2. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and written communications.
  3. Assist in preparing and processing quotations, invoices, receipts and bank reconciliations.
  4. Maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
  5. Provide administrative support to various department.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial information.
