Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and department heads
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondences from clients and colleagues
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle high-priority tasks
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Physical stamina to withstand long periods of sitting and sedentary work
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
