Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Manage the calendars and schedules of senior executives, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and general office duties
- Monitor and record employee or worker time, ensuring accuracy across various shifts and overtime.
- Act as a point of contact, handling all incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with event planning and organisation, ensuring all logistical requirements are met
- Support the leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
