Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing the CEO’s calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics for the CEO as needed
- Manage the CEO’s email inbox, responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues to senior staff members
- Develop and maintain accurate records of the CEO’s activities, meetings, and decisions
- Provide administrative support for high-level meetings, events, and presentations
- Ensure seamless execution of company events, conferences, and other activities that involve the CEO
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO or senior management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities
