- To provide administration support to management.
- To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
- Review and proofread documents prepared for signature.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management & staff.
- To provide support for the daily schedule including forward planning of workload, coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork etc.
- To note down the discussion points and follow up the necessary action, if any.
- Having experience in frequent air ticket booking and travel arrangement.
- Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field, Degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 years of admin working experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel.
- Good working attitude, positive mindset & high flexibility.
