Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors at reception

  • Arranging post and deliveries

  • Taking minutes at meetings

  • Updating computer records using a database

  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. Public Relation, Editor, Designer

  • Able handle affairs independently.

  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

  • Have a very good experiences in crisis management or problem management.

    Requirements

  • Able to speak in Mandarin and English will be an added advantages.

  • Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates

  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above

  • School leavers are welcome to apply.

  • With or without experience.

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

  • Familiar with computer operation.

  • Working in an office
