Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, minimizing errors and discrepancies

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or equivalent experience in the food industry

• Strong emotional intelligence, capable of managing stress and adapting to unexpected situations
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure
