Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to achieve sales and operational targets
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the food industry
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotions, events, and launches
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stocktakes to prevent losses and improve efficiency
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize operations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in food management or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Certificate or diploma in food management, hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay languages
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
