Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective governance and administration strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and direction to the administrative team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and maintain policies, procedures, and systems to support the organization’s strategic vision
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Analyze financial data and reports to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth and expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career development and succession planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in a senior administrative or financial management role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
- Proven track record of delivering results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
