Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Assistant in managing and coordinating tasks, meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and letters for the team, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations as needed
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Manage and prioritize tasks, setting clear deadlines and expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in PA and executive assistant roles
