Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding.
  • Organize HR activities, programs and initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.

HR Compliance and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal files, and leave management.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage company belongings assigned to employees, such as uniform, name tag, medical card, etc.
  • Coordinate with panel clinics in administering medical claims and invoices in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, update and maintain HR department’s summary and periodic reports.
  • Ensure staff database and staff correspondence are properly updated and filing.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.

Office and Hostel Administration:

  • Oversee office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Implement and enhance office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.
  • Responsible for workers’ hostel / accommodation management & administration which includes but not limited to tenancy administration, house rules enforcement, maintenance, utilities bill administration, regular inspections, hygiene & cleanliness.
  • Responsible for office Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and being focal person for all emergency response and preparedness procedures.
  • Perform any other relevant duties of the company as and when required.
