Job Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fostering positive working relationships
• Support the talent acquisition process through effective onboarding practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with management to develop effective policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on employee rights and responsibilities to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Organize training sessions and workshops to promote a positive workplace culture

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or human resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
