Job Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and files, both physically and digitally
- Ensure seamless communication with colleagues and clients, utilizing effective verbal and written skills
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions
- Manage and maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Respond to and resolve queries from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to support the team’s goals and objectives.
