Logistic Executive

LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE (JUNIOR/SENIOR)

· To arrange loading planning and liaise with related department/party for the support action

· To arrange truck/container booking on goods collection to and from customers and external providers

· To collect the complete set of chopped and signed documents from transporter within agreed working days

· To prepare shipping documents for custom clearance

· To handle issues (goods shortages, variances) and customer complaints case on transporters/haulers/shipping agent/forwarding agent

· To apply permit/certification/exemption from related authorized department

· To review diesel price and initial price adjustment with transporters

· To analyze the shipping cost by destination

· To prepare charges summary to accounts for billing to transporters (overtime, late documents submission)

· To trace and evaluate the transporters/ haulers/shipping agent/forwarding agent performance

· To recruit new transporters/ haulers/shipping agent/forwarding

· To be assigned with special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there’s need arises.
