Logistic Executive

• Responsible for planning and executing logistics programs, including designing supply chains and facilities,
• Executing warehouse and transportation operations, processing order
• Managing inventory and monitoring the inventory including raw materials
• Prepare delivery order and factory requisition (FR) for daily loading
• Coordinate closely with the internal department to ensure logistics requirements are fulfilled.
• To guide and ensure that the operation of the overall warehouse logistics activities is in order and compliance with the procedure.
• Perform additional administrative duties to support overall office operations.

Requirement

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, admin, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, logistics, or a related degree.
• Comfortable working with computers, and Microsoft Office. Training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the building material would be an added advantage
• Language: Malay, English, and Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
