Job Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating events
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects
- Support billing and invoicing processes as needed
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute
