Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new international markets and export customers
· Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents
· Prepare and negotiate export sales contracts and pricing
· Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, LC, and shipping documents
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment
· Monitor international market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
· Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
· Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
· Proven experience in export sales or international business
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and INCOTERMS
· Ability to manage multiple markets and customers
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in specific export markets
· Knowledge of foreign trade policies and customs regulations
· Ability to travel internationally as required
