Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service cum Admin, you will be at the forefront of our membership experience. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing the day-to-day administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating events
  • Maintaining a high level of proficiency in our membership management system and other tools, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval
  • Assisting with membership sales and promotions, including generating leads and providing membership information to potential new members
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all files and documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed, to support the overall goals and objectives of E3 CLUBHOUSE

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fresh graduate with a high school, diploma, or certificate qualification in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in basic software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Familiarity with membership management systems and other technology tools, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
