Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and department heads
  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondences from clients and colleagues
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle high-priority tasks
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Physical stamina to withstand long periods of sitting and sedentary work
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
