Ecommerce Executive

Job Description:

• Manage all online sales activities, including product listing, updating, processing orders.
• Assist in research, planning, and execution of online marketing campaigns
• Performing online sales & marketing activities and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• To negotiate & dealing with online marketplace person in charge.
• Knowledge of e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
• To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, target audience, etc.
• Prepare Daily, Monthly Report for Management review.
• Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce.
• Responsible in broadcast/livestream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing, shooting for videos
• Understand the latest trends and behaviours of social media audience
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
