Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BOM, liaising with partners/principals on technical aspects, solution verifications, proposal write-ups, customer presentations, clarifications and other related activities.
• Provide technical & pre-sales support to customers.
• Write, compile and produce systems / software documentation on relevant tasks and projects assigned.
• Design, create, and deliver contents that will enable the organization to sell, service, and support solutions.
• Guide customers through successful demos and/or proofs of concepts.
• Networking configuration and network problem solving.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Have experience in operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (including server, storage, database, network). Experience in enterprise-level application architecture design or cloud service integration implementation is a plus.
• Strong technical support skills and ability to work independently.
• A team player, possesses good analytical, interpersonal, independent, problem solving and communication skills.
