Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across HR solutions, digital platforms, and workforce management initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to HR services, payroll systems, and digital solutions
  • Define project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
  • Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycle
  • Conduct regular project updates and status reporting

3. Team Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, payroll, and operations
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

4. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet company standards and client requirements
  • Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures

6. Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management (experience in HR/payroll/outsourcing industry is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, or workforce solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing HR outsourcing / RPO / payroll projects
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
