Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an incredible experience. Your day-to-day activities will include
- Responding to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining records of interactions with customers for future reference
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and meet customer needs
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria
- A certificate or diploma in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
