Job description
- To assist and support in internal ERP system. To support the STGT MIS needs(EPICOR, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE APPS & OTHERS).
- To assist in internal company support, analysis, trouble-shooting, problem resolutions, and prompt response to ERP or other software issues.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations to all the related hardware and software issues, working closely across departments, to jointly drive the business requirements through to completion.
- Perform data and system backup are in function well.
- To assist on computer setup
