Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to retain and expand business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Stay organized and manage multiple sales pipelines to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with management to provide sales updates and insights
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to travel for business meetings and presentations (optional)
