You will be engaging with our customers on social media, WhatsApp, email, and ecommerce to enhance customer satisfaction, maximize revenue, drive customer lifetime value, and improve retention.
You will be providing analysis and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics, incremental revenue, lifetime value, and retention.
You will be working closely and collaborating with marketing to help achieve and assist with our business goals.
You will need to engage with our customers via text-based messaging in a positive and good-humoured manner while keeping our business goals in view.
You may occasionally need to make phone calls for service recovery but this is primarily a text-based messaging role.
