RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Daily checking & monitoring staffs & workers attendance
✅Prepare & update daily attendance
✅Register & update fingerprint for employees & contract workers
✅Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and orientation training
✅Manage, monitor & update Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves and etc.
✅To responsible for new foreign workers application (documents)
✅To monitor and follow up foreign workers work permit expiry date and expatriate employment pass expiry date. Arrange foreign worker for Fomema (if required) and renewal insurance.
✅Liaise with government bodies on foreign worker and expatriate worker application
✅Liaise with government body for company licensing matter (experience in LMW license will be added advantage)
✅Foreign workers affair and government relationship and correspondence.
✅To conduct orientation for new hiring
✅To establish policy development and documentation.
✅To emphasize employee discipline by handling employees’ grievance procedures by issue warning letter, issue memorandum and listen to worker complaint.
✅Payroll administration.
✅To perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
✅Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resources / Administration / Management or equivalent.
✅Good/excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
✅The candidate must be energetic with high work commitment.
✅Able to complete task on due date
✅Able to work independently and multi task.
✅ Proficient in MS Office in essential.
✅At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✅ Able to travel when needed
✅Have driving licence
