1. Review annual usage, work with Customer service on monthly forecast to set right Min-Max in our system to ensure company has sufficient stock to supply our customer in daily basic. Ensure our inventory turn in within the goal set by the company.
2. Source and find right strategic vendors for each category of products you are in charge.
Work with Supply chain Manager & Quality assurance team to ensure we find the right quality and competitive vendors.
3. Place order to strategic vendors on items fall into below minimum level
4. Review Pending Purchase Order and chase vendor on overdue or going to overdue items
5. Plan our stock pick up in AHEAD with strategic Vendors & logistic forwarder or courier company to minimize our freight cost.
6. Support Customer service team on new project RFQ or work with senior on develop new product range to help grow company’s sales and revenue.
7. Support on creating new part numbers with Sales on new project or accounts or products range.
