Ketua Pegawai Operasi (Penang Branch)

- Fully responsible for all matters relating to our operations in Penang and report directly to the Head Office from time to time.

- Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols.

- Make sure that staff and security guard follow security procedures and guidelines.

- To ensure that the clients requirements on the preference guards are fulfilled.

- Investigate, resolve issues and attend to all complaints received from clients.

- Responsible for the welfare of the guard and to ensure that they are properly attired at all times when they are on duty.

- To organize regular visits to clients so as to maintain close rapport and to gather feedback.

- You are required to prepare and submit daily report regarding day to day activities to the Head Office.

- You may also be required to carry out other duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by Management.
