Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly
• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and enhance workforce planning

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
