Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a restaurant branch, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards
• Lead a team of staff, mentoring and guiding them to achieve business goals and promote a positive work culture
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
• Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment
• Manage inventory, supplies, and resources, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial goals
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to feedback in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in food management or a related field
• High school diploma, certificate, or diploma in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
