- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise service crew to ensure good customer service.
- Support scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Handle basic administrative work and reports.
- Manage reservations, table arrangements, and customer enquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and receiving goods.
- Stand in for the Manager during absence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B or supervisory role.
- Able to lead a team with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine operations is an advantage.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Mandarin speaking preferred.
