Job Scope:

• Prepared RFQ (request for quotation) to invite contractors/vendors/services provider/supplier to submit their proposal / quotation.
• Arrange time to invite contractors/vendors/services provider to have a site visit
• Received quotations and proposal from the contractors/vendors/services provider/supplier and prepared comparison based on the quotations that received from them
• Prepare comparisons of the quotations and present the recommendations to the clients
• Submit the comparison to the client to get their approval ( Need to attend meetings with the client to get the approval from the client )
• Prepared PO (Purchase Order) / LOA (Letter of award ) to the appointed contractors/vendors/services provider/supplier
• Prepared tender document for big project works.
• Ad Hoc task
