Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Establish and maintain quality control protocols and procedures
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to inform improvement initiatives
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures
• Implement and maintain effective corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) processes
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality raw materials
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering, science)
• 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance control
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and industry regulations
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control practices
